Zero chance it survives. China sets global standards. If it's sanctioned you can neither sell tools nor buy goods from them. You can collect no royalties from them. You will only be able to sell within the heavily protectionist "golden billion" US vassals. For now. Eventually as with USSR the smaller trade bloc must collapse for failure to pay for competitive R&D. Well China's 7B bloc will beat the US / EU 1B, even by lousy GDP measures its bigger now. And look at the growth rates. 😂 Regarding space the EU will not be able to compete even with India by 2030, especially as India lures the US tech company trained natives back. What do people not understand about China having 1.4 billion people and a strong political inclination to raise up living standards for all of them.
@TheSulrossАй бұрын
There is a difference between - the US industrial economy emerged selling to its own domestic economy. China’s economy is purely export oriented and depends entirely on replacing production elsewhere. So its national policy is to use govt spending to undercut competition in key markets, drive competitors out of business, and then completely own said industry. With 1.4 billion they too could have cultivated domestic markets, but instead their focus is on economic dominance over all other economies at the expense of those nations. No nation on Earth has become better off by having trade relations with China. Instead they wind up profoundly worse off. And ultimately tittering on the brink of catastrophe like we see Germany now. China sitting there like a vulture to finish matters off.
