GECKO if you use a fire type move on an ice type like vanillish, it doesn't faint. It just melts. You melt it to death. It's the equivalent of throwing lava over a person. And then Pokemon centres have the ability to just unmelt it. Same with rock moves and ice Pokemon. You just smash it to pieces like glass. And then the pokecenter puts it back together. Electric moves literally just electrocute the enemy. If you use spark on a lillipup, you are just electrocuting a puppy. The safari zone is animal abuse if you use rocks. Gyms are cock fighting rings. Milk Drink is literally just slurping milk straight from the udders. Somebody is bound to have attempted bestiality in the Pokemon universe. Trubbish and Garbodor are just results of pollution. Some Pokemon just straight up murder people, some kidnap kids. Carnivine is 5 feet tall and can eat humans alive and whole. Machops are virtually slaves in Oreburgh City. Using fish Pokemon would kill them as they would suffocate. It really is a terrifying universe when you delve deep.

But even here, Wallace would likely be a dead end because of the 4x water weakness, but being able to one shot with EQ and being faster might make it doable. Onix also gets some interesting TM's if I'm not mistaken in Gen 1, and moves like Slam, Fissure, and Double Edge might make the difference in this run.

I predict this will be a really interesting run. c: Perhaps may I suggest a gen 3 run with one of the following Pokemon?: - Aron - Swablu - Rhyhorn - Trapinch And would you ever consider doing a series of runs with NFE Pokemon? Pokemon that can still evolve but have already evolved from a base form. Pokemon like Vibrava, Togetic, Clefairy, etc. Would be cool to do those runs in gens where these kinds of Pokemon had evos introduced in later gens as well, so certain NFEs were considered fully evolved but worked off of base stats comparable or slightly better than that of a middle stage Starter before the gen where their evo was introduced, but if you wanted to make it harder then do it in gen 4. Would love to see an Electabuzz, Magmar, or Togetic run in that case since you've used Elekid, Magby, and Togepi in your baby runs before.

I'd love to see a challenge where you beat gen 2 using only a team made up of one of the Pokeathlon teams! Each team usually consists of 3 first stage pokemon! Theres a decent amount of teams to pick from and I think it would be a super interesting challenge! Great video as always! Excited for the next challenge!

Started watching these videos whilst working in isolation. Completed them. Love the content and watching how the challenges unfold. One that has probably been recommended (that I am doing in pkmn Blue currently), is completing the game using no attacking moves. Essentially, Poison, Leech Seed, and confusion to win. I don’t think it’ll work Gen 5 or further because of TM’s being reusable (too easy), but if entry hazards are wanted I imagine gen 4 could be fun. Maybe an unnecessarily long grind, but considering. Either way, keep up the good work and thank you.

I think you missed an opportunity to have a “1-5 Rollout Counter” on screen to enhance the viewer experience. With how formulaic, and cookie-cutter these are getting, I think there are small but significant ways you can improve the production of the videos. I hope you find ways to make them more interesting

I would suggest doing what pikasprey did and show the team he’s going against on the screen, just to give something else to look at. I think it would be a small change that would be visually appealing, but maybe that’s just my opinion.

I Shiny hunt on and off. I’m not super into shinies either but mostly because way too many look bad and ugly. They’re cool I guess, but USUM has dampened their appeal by a lot /:

I've watched all your pokemon content and going to look into some of your other stuff soon because I love your content. Anyways, I have a challenge for you. Try the Professor Oak Challenge. You can use any pokemon you want for the badges/story. But you have to catch every pokemon possible with the minimum number of badges, with the eventual aim to fill up the pokedex with everything available in that version. For example, in Pokemon Red, this means grinding until you have a Charizard/Venusaur/Blastoise before Brock, and evolve everything else available before fighting him.
