Great video, oh that looks yum! Kia Ora from NZ, I hope you both have a wonderful time. I remember watching Sarah's channel in 2020 when you had to cancel your trip because NZ closed their borders. Things have relaxed here at the moment, in terms of COVID. I grew up on a sheep farm on Arapawa Island in the South Island, yum indeed. 🐑We had lamb roast last Sunday and marinated lamb chops last Wednesday, bbq with lambchops yesterday (Sat) giggle, baabaabeautiful. 🌺🌺🌺Be blessed xoxo

We're near Traverse City and love your daughter Sara's channel (Hi Belle! Great edits!). This looks like a great way to make lamb. We often have it ground and are not quite sure what to do with it. Papa, wanted to give you a tip on how I "mince" garlic.. it is SUPER easy and quick.. I use my trusty microplane and just zest it in. It goes in real fine and, to me, the microplane is easier to clean than the garlic press with those tiny little holes. I also do that for my little nutmeg seeds? as well. Loving the channel.. love to watch you and Ms. Susan interact. Great editing Belle! Love to all!

so yummy, I love lamb. I had a similar meal at the restaurant jacks. IMO it’s very fancy, I will make this for my birthday dinner in December. Everything I’ve made from the papas kitchen has been a success. Btw I made the Mac n cheese. I quadrupled it and it made two large Pyrex casseroles and it was everyone’s favorite dish. It was so simple I couldn’t believe how tasty it was. It will be a holiday staple for my huge family, happy late thanksgiving 😍

I love lamb but my family hates it... I honestly think it is due to the fact yrs ago I made lamb and my husband had no clue what type of meat it was.but liked it.... He asked, I told him and instantly he ran outside and got rid of the lamb fast... Now it is just my youngest son and I and we tend to eat like birds... quick, easy, simple meals....

I love fresh herbs but I’m finding more and more the quality just isn’t the same as it used to be. I do a ton of Indian cooking so I always need cilantro, curry leaves and mint. Kiwi here Papa, though live in Australia, lamb is my favourite meat. When in NZ you'll pay top dollar for great lamb. Most gets exported, you can buy it cheaper in London 😆, but you need to try hogget and mutton, slow cooked 😉

I’m with you about Lima beans , have tried many times still can’t do it but I have learned to like Brussel spouts as a child I would palm them and roll them under my bed lol I don’t know why I didn’t just throw them away. 😅 my poor saintly mother had some challenging children but my mom could cook liver and onions so well that she got 4 of her 5 children to eat it. We’re all in our 50s and 60s now and once a year she still makes it for us and the 4 children show up at her home to have dinner like when we were children, the 5 th child lives overseas and she does not feel left out on that occasion lol
