If we are on PSW and going to change visa in Skilled worker then we need to pay Sponsorship fees £1000 for each year with large industry? Please reply as soon as possible 🙏

very informative video, but. my employer informed me that its costing them 9000 gbp for sponsorship 5 years sw visa.. is it true or any possibilities?? pls help

The costs involved are SW visa fees 1423(within UK), IHS is 624 per year of visa, CoS fees 199, if Immigration Skills charge(ISC) applies, then ISC is 364 per year of visa.

I want to ask my employer to ask for charges before applying dbs check or even he didn' t give COS. He said CoS will be after at the end. Is it true what should I do?
