Thanks for this information. 🙏👏👍 I have another Newair clear ice maker and I have to manually clean it every month and takes about an hour to clean it throughly. This is the best video about this machine. I have had mine for 2 years and works great. I would like to upgrade to this one.

Thanks for sharing, I've been interested in hearing more about your ice maker, must be so lovely to have it when the weather is really hot. Great to see Cheryl in your video, she is a natural. When I was younger my mom used to get big glasses of ice just to crunch on (no liquid in them) then she heard an old wives tale that said crunching on ice could mean she was low in iron, she had a test, she was low in iron and when she started taking tablets she stopped eating glasses of ice, it was such a strange wives tale that turned out to be true. x

thank you and I love love love this video !!! I bought this ice maker however it broke in a 30 day period but I have BEST BUY TOTAL TECH and they took care of me right away. this ice maker is the bomb but having said that u video made using my ice machine easy.

@garycaptol7219 I would say that depends on your water. If you have hard water - like we do- I clean it about every 2 weeks for the most part. We have a water softener and could go longer- but it starts making more noise the longer we go past the 2 weeks. After a while you will recognize what “clean me” sounds like!

Im planning to use this in my sugarcane drink shop,, do you think its capable doing that? Im using it from 10AM-08PM, Im worried its going to break.

It is a home product and not a commercial one. For that reason alone I suspect extra heavy use like in a shop would make it break much sooner than typical home use.
