What about plant carbs like brocolli and Brussels sprouts? Should we limit those?

Before I started eating eggs cooking with substantial amounts of butter and/or lard I was quite solid. Now I have a pod. I'm 68, I think I'll go back to eating Kelloggs Sustain and/or Just Right for breakfast. The animal fat diet and eggs maybe not the best choice.

Walnuts are not that great a choice, quite difficult to digest. The last thing I wanna do is put a burden upon my digestion. That's why fruits are so great. A banana only takes around 35 to 40 minutes to digest. The only good nuts and easier to digest are the activated nuts.

Don't fall for the carnivore only trend. Anything extreme and not balanced is bound to be seen bad maybe in around 20, 30, or 50 to 60 years. ALL things in moderation.
