Thanks bro! Yeah sure there won’t that big of a problem, the regualr pushups give a lil engagement to your back as well, just try various forms of pushups to hit a particular part like shoulder/chest/tricep effectively!

Since it’s a home workout, i would suggest you to do this entire full body workout everyday for atleast 4 day a week

It’s because you might not be doing proper warm up before doing squats.Just search on YT leg warmup routine and follow that before doing the exercises

Try not to exert tension on your knees and try to stretch your hamstrings more shift you weight more towards your butt and use knees just for balance

Bro you’re appetite will increase if you do this workout frequently! That’s how i gained weight/muscle mass, i also used to be skinny and my diet was also a problem.
