The easiest way is to eat a tbsp of butter. Maybe more. Butter is butyric acid. Butyric acid is good for the colon. And the fat of the butter will penetrate the stool fairly quickly. And there's no pain involved. Make butter a regular part of your diet and everything will work out fine. Don't eat fiber thinking that's going to help. That's total bs. Fiber adds bulk and bulk is the problem. Try butter. You'll be glad you did.

2 tablespoons of chia seeds in large glass of water...let the seeds sit the water for 15-20 minutes...drink it down(taste like flavorless jello) It works later on...Works for cats, dogs as well(put seeds in their wet food) God bless!

Great suggestion. When putting some in the pets food, is it raw or after soaking them? How much do you think is a good amount?
@JCarm-LK78526 күн бұрын

Fruits eaten on an empty stomach are also very good. Especially when eaten in the morning. Fruits aren't digested in the stomach but passed out of it within minutes, except bananas which can take up to a half an hour. Therefore moving into the colon and helping in moving things along there.

I try to tell many people but very few listen. Do not drink water with any meals. Water will solidify the food you eat so it won't be soft enough to pass. And there is a such thing as drinking too much water. Water is good to hydrate with and cleanse your body but that is the only thing it does. You still need food and drinks that give you the nutrients you need. Water with not give you that. Just drink water the first thing in the morning before anything and you will go to the bathroom to release what you ate last night. Then eat breakfast with OJ and yogurt. Healthy juices like OJ and Lemonade will help breakdown food you ingest. Not water. Only drink water between meals and drink it room temperature. Drinking water when you are not hot will mess up your heart rate so it's not good for your heart when you do that. And slowly drink it. That's all I have for now.
