I respect the unbias here, Ronin wasn't necessarily misbehaving but definitely overly persistent with the shepherd. The male GSD is impressive, wasn't overly aggressive but took action when the other shepherd was uncomfortable, he seems to have great temperament and training. Props to their owner, especially for having her reactive dog on leash. Good job to you as well, you handled the situation well and so did Ronin!

@Childfamous, I am on my 6th German Shepherd and i don't know many of these signs the dogs do. I knew of one when the tail is kind of between the legs. I never saw a Belgian Malinois in this video.

I've owned german shepherds ( still have 3 gsd ) and Belgian malinois and I did not any malis in this video. None the less I prefer german shepherds over any other breeds, the only con is they don't live long enough.

Nah but u 100% twist things in favor of your dog. My GSD doesn’t give second warnings, he acts. That’s why I keep him leashed. But don’t act like it hasn’t been proven every single one of them other dogs there have scientifically measured stronger bite forces than weak ass Malinois. My GSD has been bite trained to 823 psi by a k9 agency. Malinois are so inferior to working line GSD’s It’s not even close, even the k9 agency said that

You won't like this response. I'm not trying to insult you, but for a person with so much knowledge, you run into a lot of issues to put on camera. My family had bred Boston Terriers since 1891. I come across a lot of trainers. Never that have this many "occurances". That includes friends that train ovcharkas, military malis and celeb pit/corsos. Not trying to be insulting. Just a guess, but this handler has likely had problems in the past, maybe or maybe not with this particular dog, and has now mounted a perma-cam on this dog for liability mitigation, which may or may not help. Dog parks in metro areas are bad places for dogs and their handlers to work out behavioral issues - but they are fertile ground for personal injury attorneys and professional plaintiffs....not to mention disease. All you need in situations like that are two or more ball obsessed alphas, for example, plus one or more balls and you're lucky if you get out of there with just a $1,500 vet tab for a bite wound. People have just become too litigious to indulge in this kind of socialization. Relying on a dog park to provide socialization for a dog is bad idea in the first place.

If you notice there is a problem you should separate you dog from others. I don't see any other dogs in the background having issues. Just you and your dog!! The white dog was tense because owner had the dog muzzled and leashed. That dog is now forced into a vulnerable position. That is an ignorant / inexperienced owner. I have rarely or never seen free running dogs actually fight. I’ve always seen owner make the situation worse.

My dog does that to. He is very pushy, but the only thing he want is to lick the lips of the nervous dog. To show the other one he is no threat. When the dog isn't allowing that, my dog gets pushy. He wants to calm down the dog. Sometimes he tries to show some dominance, to get the other dog submissive when the other dog is nervous. My sog then barks to invite the dog to play. That is the moment people think my dog is agressive. What can I do. I trust mybdog he makes the right dissions. Sometime he correct the dog, before the dog even think about somethimg else being in a nervous state of mind. He wants to play, being friends with almost every dog and he is not afraid to stand up for himselve. He shows some dominance especially towards smalle dog with a to big mounth. Now I learn him.to snif and walk on. Because he always gets the blame because he is bigger.

A German shepherd is stronger and it's instincts to guard are much stronger than a Belgium malinois are. . When people see these highly trained malls there trained out of prey drive so it's a game for them to bite. A shepherd has naturally more defense so will protect you out of love. Malls work for themselves because of huge selfish drive. Shepherds work because they want to please you as their leaders.

No dog fights lol, he steps in only when there’s a potential of one! None of this video includes dogs fighting..when things got tense with the unsocialized white GSD he redirected his dog. Everyone else was ok, no fights were going to happen which you can tell by body language! His dog wouldn’t start a fight when corrected, Ronin takes being corrected well The white GSD shouldn’t of been there..

Beautiful dog! However, I could never take my dog to a dog park. I have a 3 yr old M American Akita. Unfortunately, I picked the dominant one in the litter. I continue to work really hard at socialization but the best I can get from him is tolerance of other dogs and animals...and that will only go so far😂 However, I just got a f black lab. She is 3 months old and Ares is surprisingly gentle with her and even plays with her.
