Keep at it. I've been using it for ten years, and what keeps my job interesting is always learning new things. Every time a client says "can you do this?" I say "yup". Then I start freaking out because I've never done it before, but I start anyway and am always able to pull it off. It's an incredible feeling. Until they ask you to replicate it for 30 more videos and then it gets old.

I highly recommend watching from the beginning. CD is some superhero alien guy who fights video trickery, Flare is a lens flare who lives in a lamp, and Holly (a pun on Holy) is all omniscient deity who is in love with CD. I believe her neck is like that because she doesn't actually have a "body", she's just a floating head.

This is because most devices that record audio are slightly or even greatly off. The human ear doesn't usually notice because the sounds are so close together. Either way, even though I know it was faked, the audio is not the proof.

The most impressive part of that trick is how he match-moved that crappy footage. I've tried that process in Blender and unless you want to do everything by hand you need tack-sharp footage with lots of reference points. Awesome video as always!

+CaptainDisillusion.. the guy could have used fluid dynamics to fake the water dispersal and mixed that with the real water dropping to make it more realistic. Actually it would make things easier to have the actual water dropping shot to match to for realism. Also I've used PFTrack in the past and it is a good program and easy to use but I've just switched to the blender in software. Like anything it has it's quirks but I've found it to be fairly workable and keeps everything in one place.

This guy has one of the most original youtube channels I've ever seen. Its quite uninspiring to see he only has 200,000 subs after several years of excellent work. Kind of encouraging me to give up on my KZbin channel tbf. I just dont know How on earth a channel like this doesn't get noticed. The production value is excellent
