It's ridiculous to buy a car without running your own Carfax. It's a few bucks. And the dealer should have had one as well. It's a nominal annual fee for unlimited searches.

As the judge stated, the swaying of the plaintiff in the second case was very irritating. To confirm the judge’s statement and/or amplify the issue, the camera man was swinging his camera. The people on the background that were captured by the camera were shifting with each swing. That made it more irritating.

I had to get the cluster fixed on my Malibu. The gas tank stopped working, the temp, the speedometer everything. We got a new one (well from a salvage yard) and it changed my miles. Nobody turned back the miles, but they sure are lower.

So, when I bought my first car ever , from someone other than a family member, I asked my grandma to join me . Because , I figured, she's a dynamite that's bought dozens of cars in her lifetime... she'll be able to help me haggle. She knows what to look for , and she knows what shes doing. My grandmother did N.O.T.H.I.N.G. I repeat.... NOTHING. I asked her, "is this okay?" She responded with , "I guess so..." 🙄😒 I believe she just had enough money all those years to just go with the flow.. I didn't, and still dont, have the money for that. However, I still bought the car. Therefore, I bought an older car, that I absolutely loved , yet got totalled by a complete idiot only a year and a half later.. My point is, don't trust that an older person knows better than you, just because they have experience 😂 She tricked me ! 😅😂 I obviously still appreciate and love her beyond words.

Did the plaintiff buy the car or the son buy the car? Cause why would the son be allowed to ok the mileage discrepancy upon pickup unless he was the one who purchased the car. I’m curious how many clusters are replaced in cars that are sold by this dealership and why they are.

I'm without my car for 8 months now. I hate it. You must be in an area where other transportation is readily available. The only thing available where I'm at is taxi. They're unreliable and way expensive 😢😢
