Also depends on the car too! I’ve done Mercedes where it just fell out. The cheaper the car the harder I’ve found. Hyundai/kia and even Hondas are tough to get perfect.

To remove stickers off paint, you got a few options, best and quickest is a rubber wheel drill attachment but be careful on the paint, second is a regular razor blade and some adhesive remover or third a plastic razor heat gun and adhesive remover

Please tell me you at least check all the fluids and filters. If I bought a car to flip and the oil was super dark and the air filter was nasty. I would spend the $75 and change them. So if the potential buyer looks at it and checks the oil at least it will be clean.
