This video is an in depth review of Carpro Reset. Understandably carpro reset is made for ceramic coated car, i was curious since i already bought the shampoo without doing more research what the downfall of using this product on my car would cause

Does Reset help to restore hydrophobic properties? I mean, the hydrophobicity of a ceramic coating started degrading on lower parts of a car. If I wash it with Reset, will this help?

I have used it every single wash on my gt350r and gt3rs. You can certainly use it each time its just expensive soap. I suggest using it once a month if you wash your car a lot to save on some of the money.

Nice video, please don't talk using the pressure washer ahaha we don't hear a thing :) . But i don't have ceramic coating, what is your actual suggestion ? i do use P&S but when the water is dry, it is a lot worst than before. I am using Megafoam on my cannon, a cheap PH neutral from simoniz + P&S at the end after i dry the vehicule. Any better suggestions ?

What are you looking to achieve? a more silica based spray would be car pro reload you could replace the bead maker with it and use it as a drying aid

Hydro Suds is trash compared to Adam's Mega Foam or this Carpro Reset. I have all 3 and I couldn't wait to finish the hydro suds. Cost effective yes

You have a lot of information that is not accurate , for example CarPro Reset is not only for ceramic coated cars, it works well with CarPro sealants as well, it says so on the description. Also it works well as a stand alone soap even if the car is not coated it will clean very well, you're kind of misleading people that it will only work with ceramic coated vehicles, which is false.

In my opinion its a waste of money if your car isn't ceramic coated. You are over paying for something that will be of no benefit if your car isn't coated. I would go with a chemical guys gloss workz for half of the price and then use P&S bead maker to dry your car off. You will save lots of money. You are correct in your statements but youd be wasting money.

I found that just just leaving the ceramic coating without topper attract less dust and pollen but the problem now is stupid water spots, haha.

Car pro Reset is the best shampoo for ceramic coated cars. Ur pressure washer is poor, it’s producing very thin foam. Try less water and more soap next time, u only need probs 400ml water to 50ml soap to cover your car

Picky Garage yeah I’ve had a 1L bottle of Reset for the last year and a half and still have half a bottle left, but I’ve only ever used 20mls at a time and it’s always filled up my bucket with ALOT of suds. Wanting to get the 4L version so I can use it as my snow foam too. I tried it as a snow foam a couple weeks ago with 100mls of Reset to 400mls of water and WOW, thickest foam I’d ever seen! Reset isn’t cheap tho but I don’t care!
