Amazing work out. I have been following you from past few months. You are best yoga teacher. My core cried at 200 boat flaps. 500 omg 😂😂😂. I hope you give add chandranamaskaar or so we are not doing 500 at a time. Lol , I know you are really good teacher, so made us do 50 at a time

Done with this today and loved it.. struggled with the boat pose .. only could do with knees slightly bent.. Also for the last few days, ending with your meditation series. Have been following each and every video of yours !! Just one query- your video of 108 surya namaskar is actually 54 full surya namaskars , right ? Because I am following that video the most and was v happy that I m doing 108, but realised recently that it's half 108 surya namaskars!! But it works magically 🙌 Thankyou for making me love yoga so much !

Yes one round of Surya namaskar is once on left and once on right so that's two surya Namaskars so 54 rounds of Surya namaskar is 108 surya Namaskars :)

I have a great time doing this workout and I have a hard time straighten my legs for the last workout 😂 I am only able to straighten out my legs for the last round 😰. Anyway, thank you so much for doing this, a lot of sweating lol. I have diastasis recti, so, most of the time I have to control my abdominal muscles.
