This has changed my morning routine so completely. I feel like I've charged my batteries after this. Rashmi ji, I also LOVE the background music you have with this breath work video. Generally in not able to do much breath retention coz I build up too much anxiety while doing it. But your guidance here made me do it fully without much effort. I realise I have much more capacity, just need to relax my mind. 💜

You can hold for more counts if you find this easy and gradually keep increasing the counts you hold your breath for

Superb as usual Rashmi.. Getting back to yoga after a small break and started with this.. Lots of love and hugs.. Can by 11-year-old daughter start pranayana to prevent ent issues mainly.. If yes which one do you suggest and plz do a video on pranayama for the tweens.. God bless😘
