www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Metabolic Training Series. These 4 workouts are designed to rev up your metabolism, burn calories and build strength in your entire body. Each workout includes targeted strength training exercises and also has a high cardio factor. There's heaps of variety in the exercises as well as across the 4 workouts. You won't be bored!
In Metabolic Training Functional you will heat up the body with some squat, lunge and kick combinations, then move to a fun cardio set with some old school moves, grab some medium weights for a tough lower body segment, hand stand variations and down dogs, more lower body weighted exercises and finally glute bridge and abs on the mat. You will finish with a lengthening stretch.
Equipment needed: chair and medium weights (2kg/5lb)

Fitness Level: Intermediate Advanced to Advanced (modifications available)
