Honestly, I’ve lost 12 lbs in 1 month with this workout routine . I don’t do it daily maybe 3-4 times a week. But I’m so happy with the results. Will definitely be waiting for more workout routines!

Sonia Perez Curuous ss to why you say "not everyday"? I did Lauren's rebounder routine for cardio & strength and my body is so sore. In a good way- sore. It's as if I've worked muscles that I normally never would have considered of have thought of had I stuck with my "regular" elliptical & strength training machines at my gym! So glad I started this. Your achievement really is helping to inspire me to try this one!

@@krissy7342 Hey, Krissy.. Trampolines help to detox the body at a deeper level. I had a similar experience as you when I first started, and believe that the "pain" was bad stuff leaving my tissues. Now I sail through -- come out sweating and smiling and seeing results. Its a heaven send device. Keep at it!

So glad I found this!! I'm a former dancer turned barre instructor whose life changed post cancer surgery/treatment. I have lymphedema swelling from lymph node removal and the rebounder is great for non impact lymph flow. Thanks Fayth.

There are a lot of great videos. Go slow-usually my first 5 days of jumping-I get a lymphatic cleanse and feel a bit under the weather. I also drink a lot of water while I bounce. You probably already know all of this but Welcome to jumping 💜💜💜💜

I loved this workout so much! The exercises are short so when I felt it was becoming too much for me to continue she was actually changing things up. This makes it not boring at all! Actually very enjoyable and for everyone. I also like her attitude, she is so nice!

Can't wait to try this one! I've been doing Lauren's for the past few days stuck at home and my body aches. A very good kind of ache- She gave a very sufficient workout and it apparently worked areas of my body that I didn't even know I had! You're my next one up and it's a rainy day. Karena Russ Same. Been doing this past 3 days- the other workout with Lauren on behounder. It's tough! But I'm nice and sore. I can tell how this has really worked every muscle of my body. It makes me happy. Like no one wants to feel sore- but it is how muscle regenerates and how it rebuilds even larger. Excited for both of us on this new journey!

Terry Guilford I noticed a few people not too fond of the music. But, it also helps me too. I need music to workout. And to do so for more than, say, an 8 minute power cardio (the other one I've been doing).

Rebounding is no joke. Granted I have 30 lbs to lose, but wow this was tough for me. I was overwhelmed for the first cardio circuit, so when I got breathing too hard I modified the movements a tad. Great workout!

Michelle Wareham Lol me too! And this is coming from a 32 y:old who's been at it everyday doing elliptical cardio (6-8 miles/day) & a few added strength lifting machines. My 1st time, my body HURT. My legs currently feel like that of a 100 y/old woman's. I'd say it helps to re-stretch the areas that are sore. Hell, even my abs hurt, my sides, my back. But I've been needing to find a way to get a holistic cardio workout with muscle confusion and that worries the entire scope. I think my body became too accustomed to the same routine everyday. It's definitely a wake up call. Usually do one of these 10-20 min sessions. If it's nice out, I've been using the rebounder as a warmup and hitting the pavement in increments of brisk walk/sprinting for an hour. I feel the excess fat literally melting off. Despite the soreness, I'm falling in love with this channel!
