So glad I found this!! I'm a former dancer turned barre instructor whose life changed post cancer surgery/treatment. I have lymphedema swelling from lymph node removal and the rebounder is great for non impact lymph flow. Thanks Fayth.

There are a lot of great videos. Go slow-usually my first 5 days of jumping-I get a lymphatic cleanse and feel a bit under the weather. I also drink a lot of water while I bounce. You probably already know all of this but Welcome to jumping 💜💜💜💜

Honestly, I’ve lost 12 lbs in 1 month with this workout routine . I don’t do it daily maybe 3-4 times a week. But I’m so happy with the results. Will definitely be waiting for more workout routines!

Sonia Perez Curuous ss to why you say "not everyday"? I did Lauren's rebounder routine for cardio & strength and my body is so sore. In a good way- sore. It's as if I've worked muscles that I normally never would have considered of have thought of had I stuck with my "regular" elliptical & strength training machines at my gym! So glad I started this. Your achievement really is helping to inspire me to try this one!

@@krissy7342 Hey, Krissy.. Trampolines help to detox the body at a deeper level. I had a similar experience as you when I first started, and believe that the "pain" was bad stuff leaving my tissues. Now I sail through -- come out sweating and smiling and seeing results. Its a heaven send device. Keep at it!

I loved this workout so much! The exercises are short so when I felt it was becoming too much for me to continue she was actually changing things up. This makes it not boring at all! Actually very enjoyable and for everyone. I also like her attitude, she is so nice!

Thank you! One of the most interesting and effective rebounder workouts I have tried. I like the circuit approach. This workout doesn't get redundant with endless jumping jacks.

Have to say huge thanks for these excellent be fit videos. The instructors are calm and cool and not shrieking at you as in others! Really happy I’ve found an exercise type I actually enjoy!

Karena Russ Same. Been doing this past 3 days- the other workout with Lauren on behounder. It's tough! But I'm nice and sore. I can tell how this has really worked every muscle of my body. It makes me happy. Like no one wants to feel sore- but it is how muscle regenerates and how it rebuilds even larger. Excited for both of us on this new journey!

Can't wait to try this one! I've been doing Lauren's for the past few days stuck at home and my body aches. A very good kind of ache- She gave a very sufficient workout and it apparently worked areas of my body that I didn't even know I had! You're my next one up and it's a rainy day. So thank you in advance. This one looks fun! And once I get the motivation, these BeFit videos really help!

Would 😍 to see Rebounding included as one of the Workouts on Apple Watch. Imagine with the forthcoming Apple Fitness+ we can see our metrics from our Apple Watch, shown on Apple TV as we rebound! That would be even more fun!! 😃✨

Terry Guilford I noticed a few people not too fond of the music. But, it also helps me too. I need music to workout. And to do so for more than, say, an 8 minute power cardio (the other one I've been doing).

Michelle Wareham Lol me too! And this is coming from a 32 y:old who's been at it everyday doing elliptical cardio (6-8 miles/day) & a few added strength lifting machines. My 1st time, my body HURT. My legs currently feel like that of a 100 y/old woman's. I'd say it helps to re-stretch the areas that are sore. Hell, even my abs hurt, my sides, my back. But I've been needing to find a way to get a holistic cardio workout with muscle confusion and that worries the entire scope. I think my body became too accustomed to the same routine everyday. It's definitely a wake up call. Usually do one of these 10-20 min sessions. If it's nice out, I've been using the rebounder as a warmup and hitting the pavement in increments of brisk walk/sprinting for an hour. I feel the excess fat literally melting off. Despite the soreness, I'm falling in love with this channel!

Rebounding is no joke. Granted I have 30 lbs to lose, but wow this was tough for me. I was overwhelmed for the first cardio circuit, so when I got breathing too hard I modified the movements a tad. Great workout!

That depends on each individual. You could get a smartwatch to help you with that.

A little more difficult when you are older and don't feel 'balanced' the same. Definitely had to have shoes on to help steady me..but I did get through it and think it will be easier as time goes by :-)

Can rebounding be used safely by folks with disc issues? Can it be used to develop glute and low back strength.

Michael Smith the other workout on a rebounder by Lauren on BeFit, she says it's also great for those with knee/hip replacements. And of course, any except char can be modified to ones own comfort ability level. So, though I'm not 100% sure, I'd say to try it within your own limits. Snap, even my upper back muscles are a bit sore. (A good thing). My abs feel like I've been doing about 1,000 crunches duality. I cannot thank these ladies enough for these workouts. Especially during these times in 2020.

What do you recommend, 44" or 35.5" diameter trampoline? I am about to make a purchase JumpSport mini trampoline. I don't won't to trip up by stepping on the sides. not sure if 44" will be to big or if 35.5" will be too small. Thanks

Rochelle R Definitely a 44”. IMHO 35.5” is too small for the average person. I think Faith herself is using a 44” in this video.

@BeFIT did you mean to put midroll ads in this video? Makes it much harder to use. I know KZbin made a recent adjustment that just threw in midroll ads. Can you check your videos and fix this?

Just got my rebounder and this is a great workout. I have RA so have to be careful of my joints and this is excellent. My only complaint is that you left the cool disco-style music until the end... ;-)

This is so great, but why the ads in the middle? I’m in the workout trying to focus, then an ad hits. I can understand two unskippable ads at the beginning, but two or three in the middle? That is ridiculous
