Thank you so much. This is a very interesting conversation! Carnivore Italian mum here. I went from Keto to carnivore and I've never felt better. I am a major sugar addict, in all its forms: pasta, pizza, biscuits, cakes, the lot. Still used sweeteners and keto desserts on Keto, and the next fall off the wagon was always round the corner. I have been carnivore for 5 weeks now and I can honestly say, the food my non-carnivore, carb-eating family eat does not appeal to me one bit. I had a teaspoon of extra thick double cream recently and it was almost too sweet for me. I don't miss my daily 90% chocolate I used to have on Keto, my sweet cravings have gone completely and I would have never thought that to be possible. I just wish my family would jump in this with me, but I still hope they might one day. For now I'm glad they are super supportive of me.

I am so lucky to have found my naturopath, my OBGYN told me to see one since they do different tests. The one I found is carnivore which is new to me since I am a dietitian in clinical nutrition and most are vegan or vegetarian. She opened my eyes to so many things!

I lost a good friend to leukemia last june ..😢 which is why im here..after seeing how they fed him sugar sugar sugar at a well named hospital breaks my heart...you are a great inspiration ❤ ..thank you again.🙏🙏🙏🥩💞..i take that back..Dan is not the only reason im here..i suffer from depression (all my life..Mom both siters had/ have it) & dementia settling in also..slowly working on carnivore ( hard on low income) pretty much been kinda keto for yrs..when ever i fall off wagon i pay severely..gut issues...family & friends think im crazy but still trying to be strong...

I work in a residential facility. The food is horrible! I tell the kids to write grievances (they never do). I tell them that this survival food and teach BBBE. I hope some remember. I tell them about my journey to health. I hope some remember and get healthy.

So true! my mom was in an alzheimer's unit and they served crap, I wish I had taken her home with me and did a carnivore diet, I feel she aged quickly being there. Working in clinical nutrition I did time at nursing homes and the food is so processed
