God willing we can replicate it again, this coming week! So close! We're entering the last two weeks of the challenge so we've got to really buckle down and do this! As of right now because I did slip and put weight back on I did my 6 day fast next I will be going for a 10 day fast however I lost 14 pounds in the 6 day fast only drinking water and it was actually pretty easy my body wasn’t even hungry day seven I forced my body to eat and I think I am just going to keep going til my body says ok feed me lol I try to walk 3 miles or more it’s not easy sometimes because you know that I spoke about the car accident and relearning to walk again so I take the days that are good and I walk as much as possible yesterday I did walk 7.3 miles and today is a rest day lol so excited to see you your smile proud of you keep up the hard work and I look forward to seeing you hearing about your journey Bethany just keep that smile shining you got this we got this let’s go oh yeah I am down to 292 now after going back up to 314 six day fast got me back on track only imagine what a ten day fast will do lol

Wow! Oh my goodness that's amazing!!! You inspire me to push my fasting boundaries! Thank you! And 7.3 miles is quite the accomplishment! You're making great progress! Keep it up!! And you have no idea how motivating these comments are for me! I needed to read this today. thank you! ❤️❤️

@IAmBethanyChanae well just know that I am cheering you on I believe in you I know you can accomplish achieve anything and all that you want to I am proud of you cheering you on and yeah I walked 7.3 one day then 8 the next day and down for two days to recover however I gotta keep pushing forward definitely will be trying to do a ten day fast to see if I can do it what the results will be as well waiting to see your gorgeous smile and hear about your journey how it’s going what your thinking next and share info back and forth to see what is working you definitely inspire me Bethany keep doing what your doing you got this we got this til next time keep that smile going forward tho let’s go!!!!!

What is the zero calorie fast?

Zero calorie fast is when I only drink water, unsweetened plain teas, and coffee. No food, no calories. For a full day, which is typically over 24 hours because the fasting time start from when you finish your last meal the day/night before. and goes until you break your fast the day after the fast. You want to break your fast with lean protein (line bone broth or shrimp) then 30 minutes later you can have a meal and begin eating your normal dietary menu.
