Hello Fari, thank you for this message. Training with all of you amazing people has been honestly very rewarding! We join together to do something that sometimes our body or mind doesn’t want to do but we know it is so beneficial in so many ways! We struggle, push, pause, overcome and smile at the end together! I see her workouts in the morning and decide which one to do as I exercise in the evening 😊 Yaay!!! I did it💪🏃most amazing 20 minutes, followed by 15 minutes standing weighted core and arms workout. Thanks Caroline for these amazing workouts 🥰

I did this one yesterday, doubled it up with the short one previous, but the day was rushing in on me toward the end and so I’d hoped to comment before the day was out. So much going on here with wildfires etc that I somehow missed commenting on this workout but I will ALWAYS come back to leave you some love as YOU are a staple, healing, calm in my every storm. Your workouts help me both physically and mentally handle whatever comes my way. I quit paying for beachbody after I found Caroline- and I've seen more results in one month than i did in 6. Love the efficiency and attitude to all her workouts. No weird vlog in the front, just straight to the workout! I do two dumbbell or kettlebell videos every week, and 2 cardio or hiit vids. (I'm still a beginner thats all I can do man!) But love the vids- keep doing what you're doing

I have been LOVING these shorter workouts. I have a super busy job right now with summer here, and it's been nice to still fit these into my day. Currently finished with this one sweating in the humidity in my yard 😁

i just laughed when i saw these notifications. i literally spent monday to friday preparing my mental for our weekly sunday hiit! 😆 always felt so done yet refreshed after. i can tell with this added cardio we'll be SO finished AND rewarded afterwards! 🥳 let's go! 💪🏼

This routine is so great after a serious upper/lower/full body session! I think it really helps to work out any soreness in the muscles because it is body weight and at a “chilled out” pace 😆 thanks Caroline! Keep cool everyone!

I'm so happy for this workout. I just found Caroline's videos about 2 months ago and have done one, sometimes two, just about every day. I don't need a gym. I'm starting with the EPIC 1 program, but will sometimes pull from these new videos, which I love! Her HIIT videos in EPIC I are awesome, but I do have to modify a bit which I know how to do and don't mind. I love the fact that this one was perfect. In fact, I had to modify up on a few. Woohoo! I'm just perplexed at the 9 dislikes she got. What?! If low impact is not enough for you, than don't do it, but don't dislike my girl! Thank you Caroline for provideing amazing workouts for everyone at all levels. I seriously am not renewing my gym membership. Your videos get the job done!

i could not do this without pauses lmao, and this is after doing CG workouts exclusively for 1.5 years.....but this low impact one is so perfect. just amazing. i had 30 mins today and this fit in perfectly. thank you Caroline

What a great cardio session! Perfect add-on for the HIIT today. I am amazed at how far I've come with your cardio workouts. I used to feel like I was dying during them and would need to stop a lot. Now they feel challenging but I'm able to continue on hardly without needing to stop at all and throughly enjoy the workout. Thanks Caroline! Definitely will be doing this one as an add-on in the future!😊

HIIT completed, few minutes to answer a few youtube comments and back to this. HR was still up and this one keeps the Calorie burn going. Nice pace, nice combination and a nice surprise 😁

Man oh man I was drenched! Won't be here for 10 days, boy am I going to miss CG. Hoping I have Wifi on our camping trip. I have my weights with me, so I'll be able to workout still. Did this workout with Epic Heat D47.... man it's crazy!!! My legs were already very tired from the previous workout and this one has more leg workouts to accomplish!!! Was so proud of myself of finishing it. No weights for this workout also allowed my hands to take a break (haha). Thank you Caroline for the excellent challenge!!!

Today is an active rest day from the IRON series so I did the HIIT warm up and now this workout. My muscles are sore from 3 days of IRON but in a great way. You vs You!

Thanks for listening! Love this type of workout because it’s no jumping. I added weights where possible because I like the extra push on my muscles. I usually run a few miles before I do your videos so I need the weight lifting. Thanks again!

Morning everyone. Just completed this LISS, as I didn't have time after the HIIT on Sunday, so I earmarked it for my active rest day. Brilliant👌💯👍✔️ it's a super low impact cardio for those of us who are a little late to the party when it comes to enjoying cardio 🙄🤔😏. Thank you Caroline for helping me enjoy cardio a little it more each time I do one of your workouts 🙂.

Whenever I resort to a chill workout , I’m always impressed with how challenging it can be. And if you want it to be more challenging, the option to incorporate weights is always an option. Ty ty ty !!!!

Im not usually one to comment, but this workout actually got my heart rate higher than ever, and it was so enjoyable, I felt my muscles work but I wasn’t exhausted, I love this workout so much, deffo going to check out the other ones in this channel 💕

I like these short low impact cardio workouts of Caroline. They are not super hard (perfect for a generally fit person like myself😊) and at the same time fun as well. I have stopped doing Caroline's programmes as most of workouts are very long and with equipment ( plus no equipment hit cardio workouts are super challenging for me and I don't feel well after doing them😑). I like doing Caroline's cardio as they are great for fat burn and this one is just perfect for me😊 I hope there will be more workouts like this one☺

Om gosh!😭 today was my first day and it was actually quite painful😭😭 but I feel like that means it did more strwtching of my body, so it was really good😝 We Thank God for pulling me through, in Jesus name, Amen🙏

Looooooved it!!!! At the beginning, I was like « Okayy, must be the easiest workout of Caroline I’ve ever done » By minute 4 : « Did I leave a will for my loved ones? 🥲 » The side plank with the sweep 😩😩 Anyway, quick and efficient, loved it!! 💪🏾💪🏾 And your smiiiiile ❤

Short on time and wanted to get the heart rate up . I always come straight to Caroline’s huge library of workouts and find just what I need. This was perfect. Wanted to give the weights a test as well so will definitely do this again and again. There’s no rest period but it honestly doesn’t need it. It’s like opening a new gift every day. 🎁♥️👍😁😁
