Did this workout in the morning and was tired half way through. Maybe because didn’t sleep well the night before. Paused for a couple of minutes and remembered carolines first advice. Take it at your own pace. You vs you. Finished it and was really proud about myself. Thanks CG

This week has been so challenging. Each day is perfectly planned, guaranteed to hit hard that targeted muscles of the day. The time variations was so genius makes you push hard and work harder. Epic programs guaranteed to make your stamina strong, the strength was endless too. Huge respect to CG for working so hard just to give us high quality and fun workouts everyday.

Those elevated rear lunges + elevated squats were setting my legs on 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. This was intense and I loved it. I wasn't able to get a full 2 sets in. But i was so amazed how stable and slow my body was in doing the exercises. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love, love, love how she is truly doing the full work out with full weights the entire time. Most tutorials and instructors use minimal light weight, demo a few and then talk you through the rest. She is a real champ and it shows.

Hi Deanna...I’ve just finished and I loved it...the time just flew by! Actually windmills are one exercise that I still find very hard to get right! I have to follow Caroline’s suggestion to drop weights very low for this...I used a water bottle today! So glad you see such positive results...at 61 I feel just the same! Have a lovely weekend! Tried to do this after 30 min of kickboxing as a warm up. Off course I couldn’t finish… Had to stop at around 30%. It was the first time I ever gave up on an epic day in all three programs. Started it again from the beginning two days later after only the 5 min warm up. Still felt like one of the hardest full body workouts so far. It’s unbelievable how you can still surprise us (and destroy us), Caroline! Looking forward to day 25! 💪🔥💥

Hey, we have all been right where you are at some moment in training! You are never alone and if you’re feeling at your lowest than the only direction you can go from there is up 🙂 these workouts are hard! And as Caroline says when it feels hard that is when we know our bodies are working hard! And ya know, sometimes we just need to give our bodies a break! If that means taking a day or two off or a week or switching up our workout routines for a period or just focusing on your own mental health for a moment than that is just what your body may need. Remember this isn’t easy for anyone, even Caroline. And we aren’t competing with her or even each other but are here to hold each other up and encourage and inspire each other to remember our bodies are amazing, individually and as a whole! Hang in there because we’re all hanging with you!

This one's amazing.... Challenging and has a strong cardio element. I feel complexes test our endurance and helps us learn how to control our movements while we are performing each reps over time. I have learnt so much from these complexes, especially pacing myself properly and mostly how not to stop. I might have to use 8 kgs for a couple of exercises but mostly I'll b using 10 and 10 but I hope that by next year I'll b ready to do all these using same weight as Caroline...at least I can promise that I'll try my best... keeping my targets really high I know 😀 😀 Lets hit this 👍❤️

Hi Gargi...just finished the workout and I loved it! I am certainly hot and sweaty now! I used 8 kg as I don’t have 10 kg weights and my 12.5 would have been too heavy! Actually I think you can work just as hard with slightly lighter weights if you focus on form and tempo! Hope you have a great workout and a lovely weekend! Matthew

Hi, everyone happy Friday full body day! One of my favorite days. However, I had such a good workout on the upper body day that it’s hard to say which I like better now. There are windmills in today’s workout which remind me of the very first time I did a Caroline workout. I thought wow I feel so strong, I want to check out more of her videos. And the rest is history! So thankful for the day I bought a kettlebell and stumbled upon Caroline. And then i bought my first dumbbells cos of her 😄

I did this one early in the morning before work. And I have to admit, it's one damn great full-body workout. I love complexes. I challenged myself and used 2x12.5kg dumbbells for the most exercises apart from the last two complexes where I dropped to 2x10kg Dumbbells. I love this workout. A keeper to my favourites. ❤❤

Well, this was wild🤣 putting makers that close to the end is just cruel, Caroline! I worked pretty hard today with heavier dumbells than I believe I've used in a complex full body workout like this before. Also, today was my first time doing windmills with 7kgs and my form was actually pretty solid, even if I did have to put the dumbells down a few time. This is my first time doing any of Caroline's programs and I have to say I absolutely LOOOOOVE them!! I am late to the party on this as I am just finishing up this week but this workout was without a doubt the hardest one for me! Happy Friday All! Wowza, this week was fierce and today’s full body was challenging. It took me a little over an hour to complete since my rests were a little longer than 3 minutes. I needed several water breaks.😂. I used 15lbs with 2lb wrist weights so quickly passed on the 20 minute arms abs shoulder add-ons. Kudos to all who pushed through. Caroline, another thumbs up and thanks! Everyone have a great weekend!

@@isabelleweiler5603 Hi, Isbelle,I did mind onlookers at first. But once I put on my headphones and Carolina says let's go, it feels like it's just me and her. And Ive been doing it so often at the same park that the onlookers are regulars like me and they just continue doing their thing. But for me I feel like I push harder and I enjoy the outdoors so much. You should try it. 😉

The rest day was very much needed... I've been very busy with the exams, but I still make time for these workouts, sometimes without the optional add ons, but it's much better than leaving it . Sometimes due to studying a lot I wake up late, but I still complete them in the afternoon! Loving Epic 3, it's teaching how moving your body is all that matters, not the time! Gonna use my 7.5kgs for this one, let's gooo💥💯

Amazing workout! I was able to keep up and use 20 lb weights throughout except for that side stretch. I appreciate the heads up on being careful with that exercise as it was my first time!! Thank you so much Caroline!!!

I used to do windmills, 'spidermans', and all these 'beast' type of workouts and since startin with Caroline's workouts those have sadly been pushed aside, SOOOO when I see at least one of those moves in here I get excited. Thank you for incorporating 'news moves in your workouts Caroline

Wao ! The maker at the end really finished me , my entire body was shaking 😵💫😵💫😵💫 !!! I used 10 kg through the entire workout, except for the shoulders exercices , I dropped to 8 kg, and used only 6 kg for the windmill, but for the rest, I was following Caroline’s weight 😍 I am so grateful to her for the improvements I made on my strength 🥰🥰

Loved it!! It definitely was Ferocious!! 🥵👊🏻🤩 Haha. I bet you have fun picking the titles out. I really enjoyed this one and it got my HR going. I really loved those elevated lunges to elevated staggered squats. Idk if we've done the elevated squats before🤔..but oh my! 🔥🔥🔥! Phenomenal complex!! I loved doing the snatches and windmills too...always a favorite of mine. The staggered RDLs, deep pushups, sprawls, ab complex, rear step lunges...this workout was jam packed with all the goodies. The makers at the end were KILLER!! My weights suddenly felt 20 lbs heavier🥵🥵!! But I hung in there and pushed through. Excellent finisher. Just a great training session. Smashed it with my husband once again. I'm really looking forward to hitting the halfway point with Sunday's HIIT! How are we already to the halfway point?!🤯 Time flies when we're having fun. Oui, le cours de mercredi était génial mais à la fin, j'avais du mal à faire le "staple", j'avais des crampes!!!! J'ai tellement hate de faire le cours d'aujourd'hui, fullbody complexes, mon préféré!!!! Par contre, faut que j'attende jusqu'à demain car c'est l'anniv de ma frangine, d'ailleurs, le Crémant nous accompagnera chez elle ;-) Passe une bonne soirée et je trinque avec toi dans mes pensées. I have to be honest, this week was really tough for me and this workout was no different. I paused a ton during this working and used lighter weights with some sets. I went really slow and focused on form rather than number of reps. Thank you Caroline! And good luck to everyone ❤️🍀
