This video uses compound weight training moves (aka strengthening exercises where you’re using more than one muscle group at the same time) for an effective, functional full-body routine. Hey! Can you suggest how to work your way to a butterfly sit up? It is the only move in this workout that I have trouble with. I'm doing crunches now but I would like to work up to what you do (but I was hurting my back and moving all over the mat lol)

Heart rate up in New Hampshire as I sweated through this workout. Made it all the way through to the 2nd set of core. tried to modify those by standing. I'm going to watch your standing abs again and see if I can use those in this place. Love your videos! Please keep them coming! Temps here were all the way in the 50's today. So beautiful!

Been doing your walking workouts for some time, they're the absolutely the best on KZbin. Tried this video today and found it tough! My heart rate got up to 145. I want to get better though so I've added it to my exercise playlist. Also, you mentioned you filmed in San Diego, we're visiting the city next Spring for our 10 year anniversary. It looks like an amazing city and we can't wait!

Thanks, Carloline! This was a great workout. Heel kicks are one of my favourite moves. My Fitbit Versa 2 told me my heart rate got up to 171 and it logged it as Aerobic Workout. Told me I burned 174 calories. :)

I love this workout! Today in Normal IL it is 91 degrees at quarter to 5 pm! I'm working out in the basement. We do have air conditioning, though we run it at 78-80 degrees as we hope all our friends in NM stay safe in spite of the forest fires :( It's hot outside, but just like all winter, I keep working out with Caroline--indoors :) Thank you, Caroline.

Hello from Chilliwack in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. We live on the west coast so we have some of the most mild weather in Canada; however, we don't get much sun with rain for what feels like 360 days a year (very similar to Seattle, and the rain is not quite that bad - lol). And yes Americano all the way - or a latte with oat milk depending on the mood :). I have been watching your channel for quite a few years, came across it about 6 years ago when I sprained my ankle and needed some sore foot work outs. I too did many years of ballet and love how you talk about your dance training! I still dance - heels training - which combined with my desk job does a number on my hips. I do a lot of your hip strengthening workouts on a regular basis - also LOVE LOVE LOVE your barre workout. This was a great work out today - thank you for having some more weight work outs. I know I will feel every muscle in my body tomorrow! This has been added to my playlist to repeat for sure. I always say at least I have a reason for feeling sore :). Thank you so much for your content :)

Oh, boy, did this kick my butt. I'm absolutely terrible with lunges, can only do wall push-ups, and ab work on the floor is not my friend. But I did my best. And I would love 70 degree days. Here in DC (as is made obvious from my screen name), we get up into the 90s a lot.

Is this good for people with osteoporosis for bone building? I am just recovering from surgery and rehabbing from foot fracture, doctors telling me to lift weights, just doing light cardio but no jumping so i think this is good.
