Caroline, when I first started doing your workouts I was concentrating on just trying to complete them, but as I have progressed, form is my top priority, and it has really paid off. Your comments throughout the workouts are so helpful in reminding me what muscle groups I am working, and as I get better at doing each move the right way, my whole body feels better. Hello. Thank you for such a positive spin on working out and for reminding us to be grateful for the mere fact that we can use and feel our bodies and give them that wonderful exercise medicine. Would you kindly clarify about super human and figure eight exercises for those with osteoporosis. Asking, because usually, osteoporosis geared routines do not encourage them, and so it would be nice to know if those with osteoporosis should modify them or stay away completely from them (same goes to cat/cow, which is always presented as low impact but isn't appropriate for someone with osteoporosis). Thank you.

Great workout. I need to get lighter dumbells, because my 15 pound weights were a bit too much! The laying down flap jack was the worst killer! I nearly had to bail out, I think my hamstring cramped a bit. Thank you Caroline, when I exercise with you, I am in the moment, just smiling, aand yes sometimes grunting. Cat
