Great workout! I didn't realize it had floor bits towards the end. My dog licked me nearly the entire time while I was on the ground, so he had fun too! He does this every time I workout on the ground and I can't get him to stop. Certainly add a challenge to floor workouts.

I was so depressed for a while after injuring my right knee and then having tenderness in left knee (tendon, maybe?) because the only cardio and strength workouts I could find were for seniors (at 71, I'm just not ready to be called that!!). Then my niece, who had that same foot ailment that you had (hers took over a year to heal) turned me on to YOU. I love the variety of workouts you offer and your amazing fitness level -- who else can keep talking with a heartbeat of 150+!!

This was great! It has a nice flow that is easy to follow. I am easing myself back into exercising, and I didn't want to just push myself into it. I know I am not mentally strong to do the levels I once was. I tried to quit several times during this video, but I had pushed myself through it by thinking positively. I am a guy and even this exercise was perfect! Thank you for everything! I even clapped myself when going into those walks.
