Caroline, thank you from Shanghai, China, where we do this low impact indoor walking interval at least 2 to 3 times a week. I first found your video while we were in quarantine the first time in our hotel in Shanghai, and it kept us in shape while waiting for release. Now that the entire Shanghai is back under lockdown again, we rely on your videos and endless enthusiasm to keep us motivated and to stay fit. In fact, we were so loud that the neighbors downstairs complained when we were High Kicking and grunting at the top of our lungs. My emoji is a dragon and we listen to 80's New Wave and 70's Rock while doing your routine. We play New Order's Blue Monday and True Faith, Dire Straits Sultans of Swing, Chicago's 25 or 6 to 4, Earth Wind and Fire's September, and Alan Parsons Project Games People Play in the background while your video shows on the big screen TV. I can't help but comment after doing this workout for the umpteenth time. You often tell us how exercise makes you happy. I have to admit, even though I really didn't want to do a full 45 minute workout this morning, this workout made me happy, too. But that has more to do with your personality than the exercises. Hi...I discovered you this winter when looking for a way to get my steps in during icky weather. This is probably my favorite video I've done several times. The shorter ones are good too, after I've done my weight workouts. I live full-time in my motorhome, so when you ask where I am walking, it is usually different. Today, I'm in Fort Collins, CO. I've also walked with you in Durant, OK, and Austin, Columbus, Lajitas, and New Braunfels, TX. Next, it may be Nevada, California, and beyond. I'm 61 and probably a 🐢. Today is my 2nd working out day to your videos. This one I also love because it allows my heart rate to stay controlled during the 1 minute walk in place. As I mentioned to you before I did have bypass heart surgery. That was 8 years ago and sometimes when I do exercises it becomes so uncomfortable at times even painful. But your videos so far I believe is what will work well for me. I’m almost 64 years old (October). But I am very active , have a backyard garden and stay busy(moving) constantly. BTW I’m viewing via KZbin TV from the Island of Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean. Thanks again for the time you take to bring these videos to the masses. Now I’m going to subscribe.

I live in SW Wyoming and have very few nice days 9 months out of the year. I was looking into getting a treadmill until I found walking workouts on pinterest. I had tried 4 or 5 before I found your channel. I actually feel like I had a workout. I am a menopausal grandma who is having a hard time losing the winter pounds that I gained. I LOVE your workouts!

It's going to be a sunny day here in Chilliwack, British Columbia (near Vancouver) but frost on the ground says it is just hovering above freezing. I am in a heels dance group and we are on a rest right now (due to restrictions) so it is nice to keep moving and strengthen my weak glutes / hips (thanks to a desk job and some abuse as a ballet dancer in my youth). You are my go to You Tuber for movement medicine. Now time to wipe the sweat off, have a coffee and get to my desk :) I messed up and started my watch late - total of 4.2 KM heart rate av 135 BPM - so not a bad 45 minutes :)

I started today with a 20-minute outdoor walk with my son, and then did half of this indoor walk routine in the rec room at our house in Normal IL. I wasn't sure I could do any of it, as we are in the middle of moving from one house to another. With your workouts, though, packing, lifting and carrying is easier! So glad! Next time I try this routine I hope to do the whole thing. Off to do your stretch 10-minute routine now. Thanks for all you share with us. BTW, if you have a routine specifically good for those of us with hypothyroidism, please let me know. Weight loss is a special challenge for those of us with this health issue. Maybe it's your metabolic routines?

90s dance music may be good, but in my opinion few dance songs are more feel good than the 1983 "Walking on Sunshine" by Katrina and the Waves. You can't help but smile after that! This 45 minute walk is still one of my favorite workouts.
