Lengthen, strengthen, and energize your body with this dancer's workout at-home routine. This video fuses low-impact dance-inspired cardio with floorwork sculpting to leave you feeling amazing. This dancer's workout at home low impact total body workout is inspired by my dancing roots. I created this video routine to be a fusion of NON STOP cardio and strength that blends techniques from ballet, Pilates, and Fitness. We begin with 20 minutes of standing work before heading to the mat for 20 minutes of floor exercises. This workout will leave EVERYONE feeling graceful, strong, and elegant! Done consistently, this video will allow you to build a foundation of fitness for healthier posture, improved body alignment, increased balance, development of joint strength, and precise control of the body. You don’t need to be a prima ballerina or have dance experience to do this workout, it is accessible to everyBODY to feel graceful, elegant, and strong.

I discovered your incredible channel while recovering from a severe stress fracture in my lower leg/foot. As someone who exercises every day, your workouts were a lifesaver. Unfortunately, I also have issues with my cervical spine that can easily trigger migraines. I'd love more content that does not strain the neck. Thank you for all you do and the humor and energy with which you do it.

I just did this workout (albeit with some modifications), and I loved it. Your workout videos are my go-to when I'm injured, and most recently, I've been doing them in the wake of some post-COVID back pain; beginning with chair exercises when the pain was still acute, and working my way up (or down to the floor, depending on how you look at it). I really like the way you've added some mainstream workout video options recently as well. Your channel has really grown. One thing I'd add would be to indicate which videos have music.

I can't wait to do this routine!! I love that you are making longer videos that are more challenging with a great variety. I used to be a 10 mile a day runner until I broke my foot. I was a chair cardio devotee for 8 months and then started running again only to end up with hip problems because I hadn't allowed myself to heal properly nor had I focused on building up my balance and hip flexor/abductor muscles. I am getting so much better since I stopped running - and now do your videos and then walk my dog. Thank you for challenging me to get strong and add variety!

Oof! That was a tough one! A little hard on my back with some exercises but enough work in other places to give it a rest. I like that it is a longer workout for my non-cardio days.
