Thankyou so much lovely I went thru a few different beginners routines and they were all to hard way to hard then I found you who actually had a real beginners routine you meet people where they are starting from and that’s the start like the first time they have ever done this you made it fun and we’re so encouraging I love the way you make it fun and that you are doing something good for yourself I’m 48 and realised I had lost so much muscle due to aging and I want to remain strong into old age I’ve always been really skinny I’ve decided to start to build muscle as I don’t want to become a frail old lady and being so thin and underweight I can see that happening so I’m doing something about it I can’t afford gym membership right now soo brought some hand weights and exercise ball but will get gym membership next month until then I’m doing what I can and this is great for strength training thankyou so much lovely lady ❤

A strong, mobile, and lean body. No workout routine before has every given me this results in that short amount of time. If you are just starting out and get frustrated after the first few workouts, please stick to it. You will get stronger with every workout you do. In the beginning I was not able to lift myself up of the ground when doing for example „frosh legged sit-ups“ and I thought I will never be able to do it. Now, I can do them without any problem. Stay consistent and trust Caroline. She really knows what she is doing and she will always help you, if you need help with form or if you have any other issues or questions. I am from Germany 🇩🇪 and my dream is to work out in person with Caroline in sunny ☀️ San Diego. And what I also want to add is: I can highly recommend a private coaching programming from Caroline. It´s the best investment into yourself. Buy less clothes and shoes and invest in yourself. It´s an investment in your health and in your mind as well. I was overwhelmed at the beginning with all the different workouts and not was not sure how to combine them. Now with Caroline planning them for me, I know exactly what workouts to do, to get the results I am looking for and also when to rest…😉 Sorry for being that euphoric, but I worked out my whole life and have never gotten this incredible results. Instead I overtrained and hurt my body. We can do hard things 💥 trust in yourself and start slowly. Don’t judge yourself in the beginning and trust the progress. You will gain strength with every workout you do.

Great stability workout! I have been feeling exhausted and unmotivated lately, but I made myself do this workout before cleaning up the house! I feel accomplished 😊❤. What piece of exercise equipment would you suggest for a beginner? A yoga mat, stability ball or bands? What is the easiest to get you motivated? I really enjoy the stability ball exercises. Is there an intermediate set of exercises? The beginners is easy, and the advanced is difficult for me. it'll take me some time to get to the advanced level, So, till then, looking for an intermediate set.
