Hi Caroline! I've been doing your calendar workouts since you first started and I absolutely LOVE them. I really don't know how you keep up your energy and spunk...especially all while talking. I enjoy your banter almost as much as I do the workouts. So I have to admit that the voice-over feels very disconnected for me. But I will embrace it because I know you always give us your 110% effort...the LEAST I can do is be supportive! Being a Patreon is so worth what you give us!

My favorites are the weighted glute kickbacks and the weighted clamshells. This was a great non stop workout. Thank you!

Can I say what a breath of fresh air you are. I workout a lot in my home gym & 6 weeks ago I had a bunion operation & your seated & floor exercises have been a god send to me. I can not thank you enough. Oh & I’m in the UK ♥️

Super creative way of combining weights into the usual workout moves! Thumbs up! One of the most challenging workouts in your series (and I have done MANY of them)! Love the variations! Really broke a sweat on this one too! Way to go Caroline!

Loved this workout. I miss the music a little, but overall thought this was great. (Note: I think you need to review the voiceover at about 18 minutes. Something is wrong with the instruction there. That is for the next exercise).❤

You messed up your audio on the bird dog exercise. You were talking about bird dob when you were doing an exercise on your back. And bird dog wasn't done on the opposite side. But otherwise a good workout.

I know! We didnt realize it till after im so bummed the only way to fix it is by taking the entire video down or cutting out that sequence :(
