This isn't steak??? Steak is the type/cut of the meat, I think this is awesome and you should definitely keep it up!! But don't call something what it's not.

Thanks! It’s a copycat recipe from a restaurant called Lady of the House, they call it a “carrot steak”. But as someone who worked in a butcher at one point, yes I agree it’s not a steak
