I just never saw myself so enthralled by watching metal casting ... but here I am a recent subscriber, and eagerly sitting on the edge of my chair awaiting the next ArtByAdrock video. I am a fan of 1911 semi auto pistols ... I have an old one, and would love to see you cast grips in either copper or brass. I am aware it's a heavy pistol as it is, and metal grips would throw off the balance, but though relatively thin ... I would think it quite durable ... (at least as durable as the military issued plastic grips). Living in Arizona ... a copper grip would be a nice look, but as firearms predominately use brass casing bullets, a brass grip would be nice too.

Almost entirely slag free molten metal, that's a nice product from 303 casting. Feels a bit like cheating though, as recovering and reusing metal from scrap is visually and morally so rewarding. Great videos, thanks for bringing us along with you.
