My brother and I along with family go out in Pensacola and the nipple catch red fish, grouper etc... I love to go on the boat it's relaxing and fun for us. We never argue on the boat. Watching your videos I'm really thinking next year coming out for the shrimp and lobster.

In 1996, I went to school in Orlando for Marine Technician School ( MMI ) A classmate and I went to New Smyrna fishing together on a pier. As the sun went down, it was time for us to leave. When we started down the pier, people were coming out with nets, and flashlights. When I saw what they were doing, I told my friend that we need to come back, and get up on all these shrimp people were scooping up !!! We never made it back there ! There were literally THOUSANDS ! OH WELL ! I was thinking... Shrimp salad, shrimp scampi, shrimp linguini, shrimp cocktail, grilled shrimp and so much more !!! The dish that you made looked SPECTACULAR !!! 🥰🥰🥰

Shrimp stock: 1/4 stick butter, melt, add shrimp heads/shells, brown for 5 minutes med-hi stirring frequently. Add water to release faun into stock, boil 10 mins. Strain, bag, freeze. Ciao

You can also homecan in a pressure canner the rendered shrimp stock. 90 minutes quarts and 75 minutes for pints. Great for gumbo or rice...

When I used to catch shrimp with a cast net over bait in SC, we would keep the shrimp heads in a milk jug and freeze them. Then carry the jugs on fishing trips, punch holes in it and hang over the side of the boat to chum the water. Great video as always CBO.

Just commented on Vic's kingfish CC&C - you guys never cease to make me salivate over your videos. And this coming from someone who's very blessed with a wife who's a phenomenal cook. Would love this dish. However, like Gaby, our daughter can't eat crustaceans, and what seafood she can eat she's not a huge fan of - except halibut. But we can't afford halibut very often, and our daughter enjoys her halibut WITH KETCHUP! UGH! Anyway, God bless, and I hope you two have a great spring/summer filling us with envy. 🙂
