Thankyou Cathy! Ive had a few issues with my upper back after a gym injury and this helped to release some of the tension. What a cute little dog by the way!

The nerve glide was a game-changer! I have full thickness tears and retractions in my right shoulder, and the nerve glide gave me several pain-free hours! I do it several times a day, at odd times. I would love to see a class full of nerve glides for several parts of the body!

I love it that you don't do the whole "I speak gently and quietly becuase this is yoga and we are all very relaxed and maditating" It all feels much more down to earth. Thanks! You are awesome!

I've been struggling with limited shoulder mobiliy due to tendinopathy, mainly on the left side but also on the right. My range of motion especially of the left arm and shoulder has decreased because of certain motions causing pain, I can't even close or open a bra behind my back anymore. Some of these exercises cause discomfort or some pain 😢 I do go to yin yoga class once a week, but some things with my arms/shoulders I just can't do because it hurts 😢
