Ohhhh boyyyyy did I love this!!! From the step add on to the BPM to the strength segments to every aspect!!! As ur #1 step n strength fan I implore u for more and more and more of these!!! I’ve done all ur step and strengths multiple times and can’t get enough!!! These r the best but don’t worry I also do just strength videos too lol!! Loved this! It reminded me that I found this channel in 2021 (!) because I was looking for Step & Strength online, but have only been able to do live classes regularly since I retired this year. Although today I'm doing the 'day after' after party! Best find of the last few years! You do such a great job with all the variety of workouts you offer and have built a great, supportive community. Am I the only one who likes the strenth segments more than the step? i say, switch it up next time, 3 minutes of step and 5 minutes of weights! Anyway, this is such a great format. An absolutely thorough full body cardio workout that leaves you feeling completely spent!
