Am I the only one who likes the strenth segments more than the step? i say, switch it up next time, 3 minutes of step and 5 minutes of weights! Anyway, this is such a great format. An absolutely thorough full body cardio workout that leaves you feeling completely spent!

I missed this first time around and loved catching up with it in my after party today. This is another clever workout which pushes everyone to their own limits on the day. I found myself comparing myself to when I started these workouts a year ago and the improvement is far bigger than I ever dared imagine. I loved the mix of step and strength and the pace kept me on my toes throughout. Thank you for the continued originality of each and every workout Chris. It is much appreciated.

Wow… this was fabulous! I’m still a bit nervous about doing upper body as my back is freshly healed, so I went a lighter than I normally would and it was perfect. Got through it with no pain.
