I love this format Chris. It allows me to experiment with different weights and push myself to try a little heavier. The others are right there if I need to drop back down. And, with these shorter ones - it is SO HARD to find a reason NOT to do 25 minutes - like really, who cannot find 25 minutes in their day no matter how busy??? Love all that you do! Thank you. 🇨🇦💕

Oh man, I miss MJ!! He was absoltuely my favorite of all your guests. Moving to heavier weights for the shorter rounds really works. I was warmed up by the 30 second rounds, and could lift heavier than I thought I could. FWIW, I prefer when you don't edit the live videos before re-posting. I like the chats, the stalls, the time between rounds gathering equipment. The condensed versions move too fast for me!

I was scared to increase my weight on these arm exercises, but I did. I was surprised that I was able to increase my weight in every exercise. Now, I know I have a new base weight for my shoulder, biceps, and triceps. Getting stronger equals being a better me and a better mom. Thanks Chris

This was perfect for jumping back into the workout flow after the Thanksgiving break. Really effective arm workout in under 30 minutes! Then headed right to one of the upper body stretches from the mobility challenge for a nice post workout cool down. Ready for the week ahead!

1st strength work out in the books. Temped to do a quick 20 min step to burn some extra calories. I can say this much, if I do, I won't be moving my arms much at all!!!! My arms are BURNING!
