Please shoot some more workouts on the deck, especially as the seasons change. Your backyard is beautiful and to be honest, the trees and the flowers kept me going with this workout (and your motivating comments too, of course). Not sure how I typed this since my arms are so rubbery! Thanks Chris!

Oh YEAH!!!! Holy cow, this was crazy intense!!!! I felt this more then I feel heavy weights! Chris, this was amazing and you showed no mercy! I LOVE Barre Arms and you do it best!! Years ago (decades ago😂) Kathy Smith came out with a Barre workout for arms and I did that one 3 times a week for months and I swear my arms were in the best shape of my life and her session was not half of what this one is!!!! I really hope noone watches this and passes on it because it looks "too easy", they will be missing out!!! It is anything but easy!!😳😳😳 Oh boy, a standing Barre Legs would be AWESOME to accompany this one (hint, hint😉😉). Thanks for another short but intense workout!!!!❤❤❤ And your deck and backyard is pure Heaven!!!!!!!

Thanks so much!!! I have a barre playlist and have you tried the Starre workouts? Also this type of workout does not build strength but more endurance. You will get much better definition from using weights ❤️

Repeated. Still a challenging workout, but after 6 months doing your routines, I can say I noticed a marked improvement in my ability to get thru this great class. I wasn’t swearing as much as the 1st time 😂😂 Many thanks.

It's amazing how hard it is to do these arm workouts without or with tiny weights. Just holding up the arms during the warm up and I was feeling it! Great workout! THANKS !

I used 2 lbs and completely admit I put em down for a couple sec throughout ! You know what else your arm workouts like these allow us to do ?!?! More arm workouts! Ha ! In all seriousness, as the months go by I find myself getting through the " optional " dumbbell portipns of your workouts with fewer breaks, better form and MAYBE a couple less swear words ! Thanks Chris ! PS love the hand positioning of barre workouts!

Holy moly! I don't have 2 lb dumbbells, only 3 lb or 1 lb. I pulled them both out, thinking I would start with the 3s, but after just the no-weight warm up I was like um, let's go with the 1s. 🤣 And my arms were still burning! Thank you!
