I consider myself an advanced stepper and sometimes I avoid the videos labeled “basic”. I decided on this one today because I was feeling a bit sore from weight training - this was still an incredible workout and such a calorie burner! Sometimes we don’t need anything fancy to have a great workout. Thanks Chris!

I made it through! After being off for so long I did three 20-min step workouts this week. And made it through this one with a few extra water breaks. Very grateful for this one tonight. And great stretch at the end. Thanks for reposting it.

I’ve been “stepping “ since the 80’s & prefer the “basic” step as I can focus on keeping the right form & actually work out harder using correct routine with larger steps to increase my HR. 😊

Had a cr@p few weeks and couldn't be bothered with exercising. I was in 'I'll do it tomorrow' mode. THIS WORKOUT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED THANK YOU ❤ Before i knew it...... riser added, own intensity added, flair added and a smile added and I definitely won't be in 'dread' mode tomorrow night!
