Omg!!! It’s been a long while since I bought my stepper but no tutorials can help me get hooked on doing it. My feet always get confused, can’t find rhythm and coordination LOL until I found you @CDornerFitness your instructions were clear and very easy to follow your lead. Now, I’m starting to learn my step from the basics while building my confidence on the bench as well. Can’t say thank you enough!!!

I think you’re an outstanding teacher- very slow, break movements down, etc. The only thing I would have suggested is to also show every move with your back to the audience. People who struggle with spatial sense can’t process the move seeing it in reverse.

Thank you so much!!! I actually have my screen flipped so it is exactly the same as being behind me! I always hated step videos where they are going the opposite direction from me!

@@CDornerFitness First, thank you so much for responding- and so quickly. I think I speak for most people who have VERY little special sense when I say you’re extremely easy to follow as long as you’re just facing forward. it’s just opposite, and you give A+ instruction! The problem comes in when you start turning- or worse going over the step and turning at the same time.😢 I watched this video at least 5x and couldn’t pick up the move. I jumped to another video where the instructor had her back to the audience and picked it up after seeing it once- SO easy! I just now watched you and Michael do the Michael lunges, and had the same problem- as did the person who said she thinks she got it after watching it 15-20x. This move reminded me of “revolving door” or something like that?? Again, when I saw it demonstrated from the back, I picked it up after watching it done 3X. I hope this makes sense!

@@juleskranich3781 Yes you tap on 4, no worries, I very rarely use this move this way.. I tend to not tap at all. keep going through the tutorials ❤❤❤ you can do it!
