Sir basically the nutrition starts from our home and if I talk about specifically my case my grandparents focuses on to eat as much as possible followed by this 'aadmi kamata kiske liye hai' so sir I want you to come out with this how can we make them understand about nutrition or what is the role of mind coaching in that how we can change their views on what to eat and what not to

Building a drcent well toned body like ranbir is not a rocket science. I have never been in gym. I learnt resistence training and through home workouts with two dumbells and floor excersises I cqrry a muscled body at 53.I have been training since 33years 4days a week. And a balanced diet with adequate protein is enough. I dont understand why so much money is spent on creating a basic sculpted body (like shahid kapoor, ranbir etc).My role model is milind soman and I follow the fundamentals of fitness which doesnot require a trainer or a gym. Unless you want to compete as a body builder or are into competitive sports which in turn gives you the opportunity to earn much more than you invest in gym, best is home workout.

I don't undstd how these ppl get so much time to wrk out ,eat healthy n do so much for their health. Either they hv too many servants or I dnt know how. I hv no time wtsoever in my life aftr work n household chores. How much I crave for doing smthing for my body bt the lifestyle abroad just dsnt permit it

They get time because fitness is their profession so out of the whole day of training others that do their own workouts also …. It’s like a shopkeeper sitting in a shop the whole day selling their products and consuming the same product for their own purpose so this doesn’t need to take out extra time

That’s because they are passionate towards their bodies, aesthetics. In one word they are obsessed with themselves. More often than not it’s their priority. You prioritize your family, friends and relationships perhaps which is also great. So let’s just not judge each other.

When I was in South Africa I used to get hours for workout and eating healthy , we had maids to help household work … moved to Europe and it all changed
