Suman chauhaan ji ko mera salam. Your exercise is veryvery useful. I have got the Servical pain Spondylosis in Dubai and was very frustrated with pain.I happened to see the doctor in NMC Dubai , the doctor suggested me to undergo a surgery. I immediately went on emergency leave in India and got checked in AIIM by Dr.Kale the Neurologist expert where he prescribed medicines and asked me the same exercise for one month. Now I am completely ok .I am thankful to you sister. Thank u.May God bless you

I am under doctor medication and doctor suggested me to do MRI and the MRI report is this - diffuse disc bulge with board based posterocentral right paracentral disc protrusions at C5, C6, and C6 C7 level.
