Kursi/Berdiri Yoga AKA Chair/Standing Yoga! "Kursi" is CHAIR, and "Berdiri" is Standing in Balinese!
Kursi (Chair) Yoga with a little Berdiri (Standing) from Bali!!! This class is a 47-minute, gentle form of exercise that involves executing postures, mostly while seated for their gentle nature, with a little standing to promote and improve leg strength and balance!
Just like traditional yoga, Chair Yoga enhances flexibility, strength, and body awareness. By incorporating standing poses into the practice, the chair assists with balance and stability.

Class: Chair Yoga
Duration: 47 minutes
Props needed: A sturdy chair that preferably has no arms. For optimal results, ensure your knees are as close to 90 degrees as possible. If you're on the petite side, you may find it helpful to use yoga blocks or another item under your feet. On the other hand, if you're taller, sitting on a folded blanket or a pillow can be beneficial.
