Awesome video Al. Dave seems like a great bloke too! I did a very similar route to this a week ago starting from seatoller. Went up side of piers gill and up lords rake/ Westwall traverse and managed to pitch near the summit as winds were ok. Next day I went down to slight side then across to scafell pike via foxes tarn. Lingmell down corridor route to styhead then up great gable via climbers traverse across to green gable, brandreth and camped next to haystacks on green crag 2nd night found a slightly sheltered spot as wind gusts were 40mph+ and rain. Hard work with 18kg backpack but had a Fantastic time just myself and the mountains. Made watching this video even better as I’ve just experienced it myself. A lot of the inspiration to get out there is from watching your videos so thanks!

That's got to be one of the best routes in the lakes, up there with the high level route on pillar as part of the mosedale horseshoe ...

The stone slab has gone now which you crawled under or climbed over. That was one massive stone that fell.

When going walking in the hills, be bold, start cold. Learnt that form the guys at Trekitt.

Yes similar. I always have said to my kids because I always ended up carrying their coats they didn’t need😂

Fantastic video mate, yet to do that route but it looks awesome, and it's probably steeper than it looks on video! Love the drone work, the place is effing epic, I have more of a appreciation for it from the view of other people's photos and videos, when I'm there I'm just walking, head down, blowing out my arse. Top job mate, you still feeling the buzz from that 11% haha..that's heavy that🍺🏞🤘
