I love the idea of the mobile deck. What's really cool is that you can place it between two homes - share the deck space with a relative like an in-law. You each have your own (home) space, but can get together on the deck. The house itself is very nice.

Absolutely great home! First, I love that the living room goes all the way across width of home & kitchen & dining is to the left, its own separate area. Tired of seeing open floor plan with living room & kitchen practically together. Second, loved flooring; not too light & not too dark. I'm not too crazy about marble in Tray ceiling over dining area. I would prefer wood. Back porch fantastic size even without extension. Master Shower I would prefer River Rock floor and a bench. Floorplan perfect! Thank you, Chance. Love this home!!!

This is our favorite model so far. We have gone to regional modulars and looked at the nationwide homes as well but this tops the cake. The outdoor kitchen area , dog bath station , and then add the dragonfly deck to the awnings of this home just goes to show the thought out usefulness of the features.

My husband and I are beyond tired of the house we built in the mid-80's together and are now looking for something fresh, classy, but fun. We actually farm for a living and love the modern farm house look, so this checks all the boxes. I would flip this house and have the outdoor space facing our pastures, fields and Smoky Mountain views, and can you imagine decorating that outdoor space for Christmas? Oh my!

Yes, finally the pre-built homes are exploring designs which appear to look like real site built homes. Giving the family an actual real American back yard instead of the "back the trailer" into a space in a trailer court look, is moving these homes into the twenty-first Century.

I really like this one. I like the exterior a lot. The livingroom and kitchen is super nice. Such a nice house. Wish I could afford it. The only things I would do differently is take the tub out of the main bath, put a window on each end of the house, one in the main bedroom and one in the 3rd bedroom on the walls that don't have one and find different counter tops. I don't like the marble ones. But this is definitely one of my favorites you have done. Thanks Chance!

I could honestly deal with you opening every cabinet. It shows the quality of the cabinets. Especially compared to some of the more budget manufactured stuff. Cheap materials and veneer. Stuff that just doesnt last.

I love this house!!! THAT SHOWER IS PERFECT!! Of course I'd make a few tweaks like dark stained cabinets throughout, white marble looking countertops throughout, the desk would have to have one side be a filing cabinet. The additional deck would have to come with it. I love this house! And I don't even like one story houses but I like this one!

Beautiful home. However I think the manufacturer should let the customer know if the pantry shelves would be sturdy to hold heavy weight. If you think along the lines of a person who cans their food the pantry shelves must be able to hold the weight. This is a good sized pantry and a person who cans would fill it up quickly.

Chance, could i sugguest something like the DJI clip on microphone so that your voice is always the same. this is pretty specific but anyone listening on a multi speaker system can hear your voice moving around as you move the camera around. it really messes with you. love watching your videos tho. prefabs have come a loooooong way

Really like this house design, Chance. Finally a decent size pantry and with a few safety tweaks like rounding the corners on countertops would satisfy me. I would opt out on the dog wash & sink in the utility room to provide space for a large freezer & an extra refrigerator which are a necessity for food storage when you have a vegetable garden. Thanks for showing this one. Please get a gun safe with a combination lock for your home to protect your precious children from their curiosity & ingenuity at accessing firearms.

I hate wire racks! Had them in my manufactured home...says Cheap!!! That's whats wrong with them. Real shelves are nicer. Love a pantry, not so many kitchen cabinets. I wouldn't need a dog bathing area. It is quite lovely though.

As for the pet wash area.....we had a long hair cat that just absolutely LOVED jumping into the bathtub when we were ready or had just gotten into the tub 🛁 only thing he really did NOT like was how long it took to dry his coat. Especially did not like the hair dryer, on low and not directly on him just kind of going side to side. But he loved the water and would jump right on in - invited or not 😁 Miss that cat so much! Been gone now for almost 30 years 😟

How do I make sure you get a commission on sales? I've never even heard of this builder , but I just spent over an hour on their website and picked out two homes that I would be happy in for the rest of my days... You really should get the credit for the sale. This builder gives you amazing closets, pantries that could be a bedroom, and a dog wash station? ❤ They don't offer a ton of options on finishes but it looks like you can get any finish in any home which a lot of builders don't allow and I like the fact that my home doesn't have to look like everyone else's. You can get the professional looking fridge/freezers, a true Butler's pantry, and then you add the Firefly decks and outdoor kitchen? I'm going to have to do some research and make sure the quality is good but this might very well be my builder and I never would have heard of them without your videos. Where I'm looking to move, the home I want/ need would be roughly $450 to $500,000, for a 40-year-old "stick built house- which I'm perfectly fine with, I love old homes- but something about being the first one in your shower is kind of cool too. 😅 I would really like some property, and I've been looking at five or so acres that already has a home on it because I had no idea how much I could get in a modular or prefab for my money. I've been watching you for quite a while now but I just never found anything that I really thought would work for me and this builder checks just about every box and then some! I have some requirements that others might find kind of silly, but they're important to me, like some kind of entryway - I don't want a ton of wasted space but I don't like feeling like I have just fallen into the living room either. Give us 10 square feet to take off our coat and exhale before we enter into the craziness of a house full of kids. I also want somewhere to put a stand-up freezer and most of their laundry rooms and even a few of their pantries allow that. Apparently I could go on and on and on and I haven't even walked through one of these in real life yet, The videos and they're walkthroughs are that good. *** Before everyone says they don't need a dog wash station, they're good for a ton of other things. Do you have a litter box you need to rinse out? Dirty shoes or boots you need to rinse off? Mop buckets to fill and empty? Even if I didn't have a dog you can bet I would keep the dog wash option LOL.

Love this floor plan and the design, BUT it’s missing a mudroom bench for shoes and boots. The master closet is also very small/narrow. And I wish they make the master bathroom wheelchair or walker accessible so people can retire in these homes or age in place. Also missing hallway closet for other stuff. This is definitely a contender once we are ready to get a modular home.
