This is a really nice video, but the guy obviously doesn't know exactly what he's talking about. He must be a some kind of a superior unfortunatly. He doesn't even know, that the tuners need tuning. RoHS is just another strange ting, since all of the EU demands it... At 22:13 they show us how much of the humidity they have. It's good for the ESD, but not good for components. Thanks for sharing, it is actually much better work environment then I expected to see.
