My memory going back to the 70s to 90s my parents had many friends of many persons of very diverse backgrounds and religions. All of the immigrants who were the first generation who came to America I remember one family being from India. Their father wasn't an extreme lover of America.a very honest man, a very kind man. His oldest daughter and myself used to do things where we played together all day. His only dislike was that we were at times playing in the Sun and if he saw us doing that he'd run over to us or call us over to tell his daughter do not play in the sun I don't want you looking like the lower caste. I will start off by saying this. American Indians are NOT indigenous to North America. They migrated here through the Bering Straight during the last ice age over 10,000 years ago. They came from East Asia. This is backed up by historical and scientific evidence. Second Americans fought other Americans to free the slaves. America freed Cuba, Philippines, and Puerto Rico from the Spanish. After WWII, after a while, the USA left West Germany and Japan, which today because of the USA are thriving countries. The same goes for South Korea. The USA annually gives financial aid to almost every country in the world, especially developing countries in Africa. I am talking billions of dollars a year. The USA formed NATO because we're against communism and dictators who attack their neighbors and oppress their own people. Ppl don't seem to understand that the USA has our own resources and quite a lot of it. We don't need to steal it. We have bases around the world because these countries want us there. Countries also join NATO because they want to and apply. The USA doesn't force them. The USA also helps non NATO countries defend themselves from aggressors. We don't hijack other countries and place our flag there. The USA is not nor has ever been an Empire. We're a Republic. The USA, before WWII, were isolationists. We didn't involve ourselves in wars across the world, and we weren't a part of the world community. The bombing of Pearl Harbor changed that. You don't have to take over the planet hijacking other countries to be powerful. The British Empire lost to a very young American country, and so did the Spanish. China became rich because it manufactured American inventions and, in turn, they steal our intellectual property. The USA built factories in Russia and brought in our experts and technology to build their oil facilities. I could go on and on, but I will stop here. My advice is don't attack my country or your neighbor, and you won't have the world police at your door!
