Got a new job and this first week of onboarding and training is really tough, working day has increased by 2-3 hours and guilt of not making proper practice had been eating me.. And these 15 minutes are sooooo amazing!!! Keep reminding that small yoga sessions with Charlie is a miracle to keep my back healthy before I can come back on track. Thank you very much🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

This video has singlehandedly gotten me out of my rut and back into moving my body every day. It's challenging enough that I do feel like I've done something, but not so challenging that I can't manage it on a bad day. Apart from the well-balanced flow itself and your calming yet serene voice, the settings that you choose are always amazing. I would love your flows even if you filmed them in a spooky cellar, but in the woods, with some warm rays of sunshine joining you on the mat… that’s just spectacular.
