What I’ve liked about this series is that it comes in baby bites. I’m trying to build a routine of doing yoga four days a week for at least 20 minutes a day, and this format makes that goal very attainable. It’s like you were reading my mind! Thank you, and Happy Belated New Year!

I have to say since I started practicing with you Charili I feel great and in tune with my body so I'm doing less and so conserving or preserving energy makes so much sense to me at the moment and it's the season too. Eternally grateful 🙏

thank you for reminding me of alternate nostril breathing! i remember practicing it a couple of years ago when my anxiety was so intense, it felt all-consuming. i'm in a better place mentally now, but doing this technique again left me feeling grateful for managing to survive those challenging times and being here today

I've done a lot of yoga challenges but this one is already my favorite. My posture already feels better. I have a stronger sense of my mind body junction. I love the time frames. It makes it easier to find the time if it's only 20 mins. Plus I love how you work in those relaxing days.

19h43 on my side and just finished day 9. Getting more exciting with each day and so grateful. I will be traveling along our garden route tomorrow which is just breathtaking and will be taking my yoga mat with to continue my class. Thank you so much for your kindness Charlie. Day 9! Thanks Charlie, I look forward to this practice now as part of my daily routine. I try not to get overwhelmed by what the future of my commitment looks like post this 30 day challenge, but I remember to just take it one day at a time. Also! I took my first in person class this morning and was surprised by how much I knew from learning from the past 8 days with you Charlie! I was proud of myself to keeping up with the regulars in the class and finishing a 60 min Vinyasa practice. I appreciate this more than you know! See you tomorrow Charlie.

Hey, Charlie and everyone! I just want to say that today was the first day I woke up at the time I actually planned, did my yoga class (which is a habit I am building and loving), and went to my day, feeling super ready. Also, I have to say that the views on this videos look a lot like the place where I grew up, which makes me feel at home. Thank you once more Charlie, for this challenge and for your way of teaching, which is absolutely amazing.

Lovely calm practice. Especially the Pranyama breath was calming me down. I would try it again when my brain is running like a hamster wheel and I can’t sleep 😴 🙏🏼

For decades I've taken mobility classes and the yoga classes offered through various martial arts centers (though not flexibility focused arts like tae kwon do seems to be), and discussed with my various instructors and trainers my mobility challenges when it comes to opening up the hips, and today's routine showed me some stretches which are worlds more effective than any of the other postures I've seen. As a 300 lbs guy, I think part of my challenge is that I am usually fighting against the stretches to ensure I don't fall into an injuring position, however, these postures set me up to support my weight while really lengthening the stretches. Great program, thanks for your effort and dedication!

Wow!!! It was my first time doing the nostril breathing and I've never felt my nostrils so open. Wow!! It just feels so much easier to breathe now. I wasn't aware my nostrils weren't open enough.

these are so encouraging giving me a real sense of achievement albeit a very modest one. I'm wondering how I can relax my back muscles when sitting up straight with folded legs. I get very tense trying to sit tall even when I try to relax... must be theyears of slouching over a computer. 🤪

This was greatly calming to do, thanks! what I did struggle with though (and always do) were the bends with one leg extended. No matter what I try (and i did puse and try to make it work for me) i just cannot keep a straight back which from my understanding would be essentail for any sensible stretch... any hints anyone? or do i just lack the mobility and it will come if I keep practising?
