Haha yeah it's all about the vege these days, just a really good chance for me to eat more veggies - our parents would be proud! Yeah probably that's why she keeps looking at the camera aye. :P And I actually did stand up when I switched over to snowboarding the next day, so I don't think I will prefer this over skiing hahaha

Lol at the ladies in the background. My vegetarian week was pretty good - I lost a bit of strength but my skin was definitely getting better, so I do plan to do maybe meat-free days more often!

Thanks dude! Yeah I feel lighter in general by having a plant-based diet, but that also means loss of muscles - just gotta balance it out and get more proteins. Yeah it was quite an experience aye lol

Yah I went vegetarian for 60 days! You need to figure out your proteins and animo acids. You also have to be mindful of you calories. Veggie have very little calories and if you go too low, you can slow your metabolism down. That light feeling is good. Its bc meat takes along time to digest. Fish takes 1 day, Chicken takes 3 and beef takes about a week to digest. You got it. Its so worth it.

Good on you for going vegetarian for a week. I've been vegetarian for about 8 years now. Feeling great and have no desire to eat meat. Anyways, this place looks pretty decent. We'll have to check it out next time we're in Sydney.

Haha Nick I dress casual to work every day - but you're right it's a Friday when I filmed that! I actually think it's easier than you think, just think about having thai red curry, getting all the flavours but substitute that with bean curds lol. You can do it!

The food looks great as always. I tried being a vegetarian and did it for about 3 months. It was pretty shocking that I even made it that far. I lived as a vegetarian for about 2 years when I went away to a church run school. Some things were ok about the diet, something we not. I don't always enjoy their meat substitutes. Lets just say I am back to eating meat, and have no plans of going back, lol.

Yeah I can imagine Josh, I would sometimes look at meat substitutes at the supermarket - and sometimes they put in a lot of additives to make these plant-based ingredients to taste like meat. I would prefer real veggies over substitute meat for sure. Yeah I can’t give up meat for sure, but will definitely eat more veggies after this experience haha

hey bro have you heard of color grading? I think you could really make your footage look ton better than it already is with color grading. Its basically when you edit or adjust the colors in your footage to look more appealing if i had to explain it simply. I don't really know how to explain it, but I color grade all of my videos, and i happened to put a really heavy color grade on my last vlog about the canyon thing. If youre interested in seeing what color graded footage looks like, take a peep, I could help answer some questions for you if you have any. I'm a film major so this is my type of thing
