250g of all purpose flour
180g of grated mozzarella
3.5g of dry yeast
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of sugar

Hello do you have also the recepi pide with grated patatoes and in it, it was a litle bit redish. I don,t know they used tomatopuree or paprikapoeder. I have eaten once in Turkey and it was very tasty.
