Then you come back and compare the two and confess your mistake. I laughed so hard. You are so entertaining I am always happy & inspired after watching your videos. I am so glad you don't edit out your mistakes. First it is so entertaining and I think for those who are learning to cook that this is the best way to let them know that as you say "Cooking isn't rocket science." 24:03 Chef bro you really are doing Holy work by teaching this in such an accessible manner (other chefs from TV try to be badasses with the fire shooting up 3 feet from their pan). The quality of the food over the last 30-40 years is down down down, and fewer people know how to cook, are eating garbage from restaurants or store bought stuff that's loaded with salt, has little flavor, and is a gut bomb. People having consistent high quality delicious food in their life is the foundation of a happy people. Thank you

I finally found a use for my melon baller and ice cream scoop! Genius. Hands stay clean and not sticky with cold grease. Now breadcrumb dip is much easier. This is a GREAT tip, merci! This is a very nice recipe, unusual flavors, easy to make, healthy, low glycemic, cheap price of meat, and oh so great!! Merci Chef JP! I would use Kaffir Lime instead of regular lime, and Galangal instead of regular ginger, to get a more authentic Thai flavor. Use Chao Koh brand of Coconut Cream if you prefer a thicker sauce. Asian Supermarkets all carry them. Costco used to. Pas de beurre! Ah mon dieu!! C'est n'est pas du Thai Fusion Cuisine, cher Chef JP! I think if god wanted to punish you, he'd send you to a place with no butter. Ha ha ha!! How you love it.
