Homemade Cheese
5 liters of fresh milk
One tablespoon of rennet
Three tablespoons of cold water
Preparation:
We pour the fresh milk into the pot, when it reaches 60°, we turn off the fire, wait for 10 minutes and put cold water in a tray and cool it quickly. We take the temperature down to 37°. We take water and rennet in a bowl, mix it and pour it on the milk, mix it well with the help of a ladle and leave it to wait like yoghurt. It takes about three 4 hours. We cut it into slices and put it into clean cheesecloth. First, we drain its juice, then we put weight on it as I show in the video and wait for 6 hours. You can eat it fresh if you want or if you want, you can brine in salt water or sprinkle salt on the bottom and store it.

You can make bread with the whey. You can also use it for pastries.
